After the tragic shooting at a MGM event site, MGM began a reorganization and restructuring of their personnel. MGM utilized the platform to relocation over 200 personnel to other positions within the company. This was done over a three month period, onsite, at one of the MGM training sites in Las Vegas.
MGM used SkillSmart’s Seeker platform to assist 200 personnel to better understand the skills they acquired through their prior work experience and how those skills aligned with other positions in the MGM corporation. This process resulted in the successful placement of those employees seeking new opportunities within the organization.
